rule on allocated tasks

Hello,
I use Microsoft Outlook 2003. I manage a team of people and want to check
whether they have done the tasks I requested of them. I sent them regularly
emails or tasks. Therefore I want to create a rule that will move all my sent
allocated tasks that I am sending to my team, in a specific folder.
Can you help or suggest something ?

Have you tried a new rule that says if Subject Contains "Task Request:" and
is sent to (your people), then move to a folder?
