Tasks problems

forHello
I work with microsoft Outlook 2003.
I would like to set my system up in such a way that all the tasks I send to
members of my team are automatically saved in a specific folder in order for
me to be able to check if they have started a task and how much they have
done so far.
Is this possible?
Many thanks

Yes but it will not work well for you in that way. Here's how Outlook likes
to manage Assigned Tasks:

In your Tasks Folder, show the view called By Person Responsible. Now you
can see all the Tasks you have Assigned to your staff. If they update, you
will receive updates as long as you leave the setting on to Keep Updated
Copies of Assigned Tasks on my Task List.

If you move the Tasks to another folder, I do not think the updates will
work.

You could also make a new View of the Tasks folder which shows only Tasks
Assigned to a specific person.

Come back if you need more help with this.
