How to create more than one Tasks folder in my Mailbox?

I'm trying to create a set of Tasks folders in my Mailbox to record tasks
assigned to my team members. I would like each of them to see their relevant
folder.

Currently, I can create only a set of subfolders under my Tasks folder. When
I assign a reviewer rights to a team member, he can see only my main Tasks
folder without being able to see his subfolder.

Ideally, I would like my Tasks folder to be visible only to myself and the
relevant team members' tasks folders to be visible to the appropriate
individual and myself.

Is it possible? I would appreciate your help with this issue.

Hello Ben,

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem here is that they keep their own
Tasks folders to record their own tasks, which are much more detailed than
the level I need to be across. By being able to have more than one Tasks
folder in my Outlook I could keep track of my own tasks and those I assigned
to them separately, without a need to them to see my tasks, only those
assigned to each of them.

Thanks again for your suggestion, but when I thought about this solution
earlier on I thought the separate Tasks folder in my Outlook would do this
much better.

If you are going to Assign Tasks, you'll need to keep the copy in your Tasks
folder. If you don't want to see all Tasks there at once, make a filtered
view of just Susan's Tasks, Fred's Tasks etc. Also , the By Owner View is
one grouped by Owner.

Hello Judy,
Thanks for your suggestion. It has made me to rethink the whole concept of
how to manage the individual tasks.
In my case I wouldn't like to assign the individual tasks. The reason is
that I try to use tasks in conjunction with the incoming messages. For
example, a message coming to me may require Fred's attention, as he works
directly on the relevant project. I usually forward this to Fred to take an
action, and then drag and drop the message into "Fred" subfolder, created
under my Tasks. All the other messages, which are for my attention I drag and
drop into "Tasks" folder.
The issue here is, I would like Fred to be able to see "Fred" subfolder
created under "Tasks". This is not possible, even when setting it up for
sharing with Fred.
I'm beginning to start thinking that mixing mail messages and tasks, the way
I was expecting to work, is simply impossible.
Thanks again for your suggestion.
