Rule in outlook to automatically delete junk email folder contents

Is there a way to set a rule in outlook to automatically delete the
junk email folder contents automatically instead of having to right
click it. I saw the "permanently delete suspected junk email rather
than move it to the junk email folder" option in the properties and
checked it but it does not seem to be working.

The automatic delete and my McAfee didn't get a long too well. I have it set
to auto archive every day and delete the archived items for the junk email
folder.

It works and if nothing else I get an idea of how much junk mail I am
getting. Also gives me a chance to review if someone gets sent to junk email
by accident.
