Rule doesn't work

I have a rule set up to forward emails based on the
subject line (Apply after message arrives | with WANTED
in the subject | Forward it to <emailaddress>.

It has never worked. Occassionally if i do a run rule now
on my inbox, it will send one message out, but never more
than that, even though there are over 30 qualifying
emails in the inbox. Another rule (that I have setup to
run after this one runs) successfully moves the email to
another folder based on the same criteria. I'm confused.

On another note, i don't see an option to make a rule
that will RESEND as opposed to forward (so that the new
recipient will be able to reply to the email and have it
sent to the original sender), is that possible
to do?

Are you in an Exchange organization? Then automatic forwarding to the
Internet is probably disabled (which is the secure default). Contact your
administrator to verify this.
