(rule) copy incoming email to pers folder, only mark copy as read

Need a rule to copy specific incoming emails into a personal folder and mark
them as read, leaving the version in the Inbox marked as unread.

When I try combining move a copy to specified folder and mark as read, its
marking the copy in the personal folder and the original as read. I want the
copy in the Inbox to be left unread.

I don't think that's possible.
