Rt-clk 4 all extensions

Certain Rt-clk entrees apply to all extensions. Is there a way to do
this (where/how) without enumerating 100's of registered extensions?

I just want to change text in 2 menu items so they r not 1000 pix
long.

HKCR\*\Shell had entry & change worked. It was for decompressing a
rare file type.
