When I am in Programs startup menus and want to establish
an icon on the desktop, right clicking only gives me the
option of 3½ floppy, Iomega Zip 100, or CD-RW drive.
That happened to the Desk Top option? How do I get it
back.

Hi Fred,

Click Start | Run | type "shell:sendto"
See if a 0 byte file named "Desktop (create shortcut)" exists.

If not, create a new file named "Desktop.desklink" using notepad. But,
beware of double-extensions.

Simpler than that:

click start | run | type "regsvr32 sendmail.dll"
and "regsvr32 /i shell32"

This step worked for me. Thank you.
