The rss feeds in outlook 2007 are not updating.

Error Number :0xF9B40155

outlook cannot download the rss content because of a problem connecting to
the server

Delete the (something)xml.obi file in Documents and
Settings\username\Local Setting\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook while
Outlook is closed and see if the problem persists.

To be more specific, the file should end in .sharing.xml.obi. There is
something (your profile name) in front of the .sharing.

Directory of C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

outcmd.dat
outlook.nk2
outlook.srs
outlook.xml
outlook~1.srs

These are all of the files for that location

You are looking in the wrong directory. Please note the \Local Settings\
before Application Data in my original post.

OK
I found the right location and file.
I deleted the file
I no longer get a error message but the rss feeds still don't update.
