Outlook 2007 - RSS Feeds No Longer Downloading From Initial Set-up

I receive the following error:

Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0x82040155) : 'Outlook cannot download the
RSS content from http://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/consumer.xml because of a problem
connecting to the server. An OLE registration error occurred. The program is
not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.'

Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0xFDD40155) : 'Synchronization to RSS
Feed:" http://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/consumer.xml because " has failed. Outlook
cannot download the RSS content from http://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/consumer.xml
because because of a problem connecting to the server.'

sc queryex schedule - shows service is running
Office Diagnostic - shows no problems
Delivery Location - outlook.pst (same as my email inbox)
Firewall - msfeedssync.exe allowed
Outlook 2007 - IE6 - XP SP2

I am able to set-up new RSS feeds, download, and read the feeds. The
following day - the feeds stop downloading. Any suggestions to how to fix
this??

I have the same problem..On my other reader, (Sharp Reader) all feeds
work and get updated..only on outlook it doesn't work.
