RSS feeds no longer working in Outlook 2007 SP1

Has anybody run into RSS feeds not syncing from IE 7 to Outlook 2007 SP1? We
used to be able to subscribe to the feed in IE and it would show up and
update in Outlook. The only thing that we changed was installed Office SP1?

I have tried to delete the RSS store file in Local Settings\App
data\Microsoft\Feeds but and recreating it by refreshing the RSS feed in IE
but that didn't work. I have also tried to change the schedule by viewing
the hidden scheduled task but that didn't work either. I am sort of out of
ideas. Any help would be great!

My RSS feeds just disappear for a while then re-appear randomly. Synch with
IE7 seems ok though when I subscribe to a new feed.
