RSS Feeds folder in Deleted Items!

For some reason, my RSS Feeds folder is in my Delete Items folder! I'd love
to have it in the root of my mailbox, at the same level as Inbox, Sent Items,
etc. But when I try to move it, it tells me that you can't move system
folders.

Any suggestions, please?!

Try starting Outlook once with the /resetfolders and /resetfoldernames
command switches.

Both switches at the same time, or restart OL twice with each parameter?
