RRAS ftp problem on windows 2000

Is it a way to let the RRAS for out bound ftp connection?
I cannot ftp to anysite through RRAS

Any advice is highly appreciate.

Do you have two NICs or NAT on the RRAS? make sure not outbound filtering blocks the FTP.

Yup there's NAT enabled on external NIC, but there's no any filtered applied to the filtering.
