Unable to FTP when using RRAS

I have set up RRAS on my W2K server, it is also running
IIS. I can successfully dial into RRAS. Then I can ping
the server, but I can not FTP to it.
I am able to FTP to the server from other computers on
the network, just not when I attempt to RRAS in.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I suggest looking at what filters you have applied

Netsh routing IP show filter
