RPC service terminated unexpectedly

I think someone else posted this error message too. It
reboots as soon as I boot up so i don't have time to do
anything!! Can anyone help??!!

"This shutdown initiated by NT Authority\System"

"Windows has to shut down because the
remote call procedure (RPC) service has terminated
unexpectedly"
