Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly

I keep geting the following message..

3/30/2004 8:26:29 PM USER32 Information
None 1074 NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM MIKE
The process winlogon.exe has initiated the restart
of MIKE for the following reason: No title for this reason
could be found
Minor Reason: 0xff
Shutdown Type: reboot
Comment: Windows must now restart because the Remote
Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly

What is this and how do I fix it?

After you follow directions to remove the blaster worm, you need to
continue todownload and install all MS Critical Patches and Updates.

Then, to keep your computer safe, you need the following:

A good Anti-Virus scanner

A good firewall like Zone Alarm or the built in XP firewall

Ad-Aware 6.0 - for removing spyware

Spybot Search & Destroy - for removing spyware

Google Toolbar - for blocking popups

http://toolbar.google.com/

Before running the Spybot and Ad-Aware, delete temporary internet files
and internet history.
