RPC server is unavailable

I get this error message while using Computer Management on my Windows XP Pro
on a remote computer, also Windows XP Pro. More specific when attempting to
access "Disk Management" on the remote computer. I also have allowed RPC
permissions in the domain group policy and they are being applied to this
computer.
