RPC Over HTTP Suddenly Not Working

Hi,

I work at various locations and use the rpc over http functionality of
outlook 2003. At one particular location, this has suddenly stopped working
for me. I start outlook and am prompted for my user id and password as
normal. However, when I type in my password and hit enter, the prompt
immediately returns and I can never connect. I am guessing something
happened on the particular network at my location. This works fine
everywhere else.
