RPC automatic shutdown

I'm getting an RPC automatic shutdown every time I log on
the net, I have no idea why it's doing this and it's very
annoying. It's caused bt windows nt authentication\system
or something. Please help
 
i ran patch while disconnected to hub then after reboot
and connectingto hub...again RPC PLEASE HELP!!!
