My computer takes forever to boot up, since I installed ROXIO 7, anybody
else woth same problem?

Start, Run, CMD, msconfig. Delete it from the startup menu. Click on it when
you need it or get Nero

I have Easy Media Creator 7 and no unusual startup delays.

Use start-->run-->msconfig to check what roxio/easyCD programs and services
are starting up. The only one I have is DrgToDsc.exe (i.e., drag-to-disk).

It might also be useul to check what other programs run during startup.
Perhaps something else is slowing things.

You can also use msconfig to selectively startup some programs and services
and eventually determine where the problem is. Be careful NOT to turn off
some vital Microsoft services.

Check to make sure you have all the latest updates from Roxio.

Agree. Clean it right out & use Nero.
