Roxio opens on startup

Have gone to programs, startup and disabled and removed several times, but
it keeps reattaching itself. "Roxio_central33.exe" Solution? TIA

You can try opening the Roxio Home, click on tools/options and disable check
for updates

Use Task Manager or Windows Defender to disable the application at startup.
