Roxio/Norton Go Back screwed my mbr

I installed the wonderful (sic) Norton/Roxio Go Back
prsonal edition and since the disk has refused to start. I
tried to re do the mbr through the recovery console but to
no avail. All the solutions Norton have come up with don't
work. Any ideas?
