Probably not, but if it could, you could never display or print it legibly.
For example on a 600 dpi printer, 4000 rows down the 11" dimension of a piece
of paper would give you characters 1.65 printer dots high, and that's allowing
no space between rows. You need around ten times that many pixels per
character to form even moderately legible characters, plus 20% or so for
spacing, so you could maybe get something legible from up to 18" away if you
print to a 600dpi poster 130" tall.
Something tells me that's not your goal. Fill us in a bit more on what you're
after; maybe there's a way.
