Routing & Remot Access

Hi Folks,

we have a routing & remote access issue.

System config is:

MS Server 2000 connected to network in NIC1 (198.168.1.0)
NIC2 to ADSL Modem (Modem has NAT built in and VPN Passthrough) (10.0.0.0)

MS Serverr acts as AD server,Router to Internet , MSSQL Server, File Server

I would like to install VPN server onto the server, but everytime I do, it
stops the internet from working, and nothing I do seems to allow it to work
unless I stop the VPN server.

If your problem is that you cant get access to internet from the vpn client, the problem is most likely that you havent unchecked the box "use as standard gateway" on the vpn interface.
