Routing and Remote Access Service Fails

Hi everyone,

A colleague of mine is trying to setup a VPN using WinXP Pro. However the
Remote Routing and Access service refuses to start. The error code is 340.

I have searched the net, newsgroups, and msdn but have found nothing to
help. Does anybody have any idea why the services might be failing ?

Can you send us the event viewer message that corresponds to this error?

you can open event viewer by typing the following: C:\>eventvwr
