routing and remote access errors

My operating system is Windows XP Home. I want to set up my pc to accept incomming connections. When I use the New Connection Wizard to do this I get two errors in event viewer

1. source: Remote Acces
event ID: 2015
The currently configured authentication provider failed to load and initialize successfully. The specified procedure could not be found

2. source: Service Control Manage
event ID: 702
The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 127 (0x7F)

I can't find a solution for this on the internet for Windows XP Home. Who can solve this?

Have you done a google search on these event ID's. There is alot of
information available doing this search.

When using Google and searching for all of the words "20152 7024 xp" I get 11 results of which none are usefull for Windows XP Home.

MBSA reported MDAC Security Update was not installed (Windows Update didn't)

Unchecked Buffer in MDAC Function Could Enable System Compromise (823718)

After installing the update Routing and Remote Access service is able to run, what it wasn't before. I'm not quite sure it is this update that fixed it, but a bunch of people on the internet were looking for a solution for this problem. They can try this and please give here some feedback.
