Rotating Images

If a received fax is upside-down in my viewer, how do I rotate it so that I
can read it easily? This used to be sooo easy in Fax Console. Please provide
an answer that's easy to understand and not in technical-speak. Thanks!

Open Windows Photo Gallery, import your fax,
down the bottom is the ability to rotate.
