I rotated my camera to shoot a movie and now I want to rotate the clip.... Is there a way????

Movie Maker has special effects that can rotate the movie
by 90, 180 or 270 degrees.

If you are wanting to rotate it by something like 37
degrees, use something like the Virtual Dub utility (link
on the Setup > Software page of www.papajohn.org)

On movie maker 2, there is a section for adding effects to
your video clips ( this should be on the left, in a list
something like video effects) click on this, scroll down
and there should be an effect to rotate your video clip by
90, 180, 270 degrees. Click n drag this onto your clip on
your storyboard. It should show up when you play your
movie.
