Maintaining aspect ratio

Hi
When you rotate a video clip in Movie Maker is it possible to maintain the
same aspect ratio? At the moment when I rotate the clip it becomes
distorted.

In Movie Maker...does it help if you go to...
Tools / Options / Advanced tab...
Choose...4:3 or 16:9?

And...maybe something in the following links will help:
