rotate thumbnails

well, the first post did not appear so......
Does XP's built-in rotate jpg files have any lossy effect? I usually used
'jpegcrop' with my Win2000 computer and I notice on my laptop (XP) it
rotates them, problem is I don't know if I lose clarity like editing a jpg
does, any ideas?

My reply was in part to his "re-post" that the original post didn't clear.
Thus it did and no one answered.

Back to your comment, why would you waste on posting on that, when you
didn't have anything to offer either?
