Roommate's Name Shows Up on Header for Emails even with my setting

I'd like to know how I can get my roommate's name off the header on outgoing
email. When I print out an email - his name shows up. Only reason is
because our account is through Verizon and it's in his name - but I've tried
to switch everything on the computer to my name and can't find where I can
get rid of his. Kind of embarassing when I'm emailing a male friend...

HELP!

Go to "Tools | Accounts" and double-click the account or select the account
and then click on properties. Look in the properties pages.
