roming profiles and or global settings

I am part of a large college network and have 9 computers to take care of
I have installed the Microsoft anti spy ware on two of them the problem I am
having is the school uses a roaming profile the students documents folders
are on a centralized file server and as one logs in the user folders are
changed causing the anti spy ware software to pop up a warning box.

How can I globally allow changes to the default user folders?

With the beta1 product, you can't.

Beta2 is expected to be released very soon--by March 31.

We have downloaded and tested the Beta 2 product and this problem stills
seems to exist....

The impact of this is that the internet homepage can be set by one person,
but when a hotdesk user logs on it inherets this setting.
