Just was curious whether it is possible to use roman numerals in a normal
word document. i want them to be part of the text. i.e Axis 1(this one should
be roman numeral).
any help would be appreciated

If you want roman numerals in text, you type them as letters, just as you
would if you were writing them. If you want a numbered list numbered with
roman numerals, you select that number format. If you want pages numbered
with roman numerals, you select that page number format.
