roll overs on tool bar are not highlighting

In FrontPage 2003 on the toll bar when you put your cursor on the tool bar it
will normally tell you what the tool is. mine is not lighting up when I put
my cursor on one of the icons.

Yes I have a site open. Normally when you roll over one of the icons it will
say print, find, etc. Now when the cursor rolls over it nothing happens.

Right click the Toolbar and select Customize at the very bottom of the list that appears.
In the dialog that opens, click the Options tab.
In the bottom half, check the box next to: "Show ScreenTips on Toolbars" and then click Close.
Close and Reopen FrontPage.
