Roll over Buttons don't work

Hi all, I've just spent all day putting rollover buttons on my site,,, only
to find that they dont work !
I use FrontPage to make the site,,,
I use WISE-FTP to upload stuff,,,
My site is with 1&1,,,
I run XP-Home
any ideas please ?

What does "don't work" mean? What the URL of the page?

They aren't hover buttons are they??
