Rogue program loads IE home page on boot up

There is a rogue web site that changes the home page
address in IE 6.0 every time the computer boots up.
Cannot find it with a file search, nor with Norton
antiviral program, or with Spy Nuker software. A clue to
its location is this error message in the command prompt
window, "The instruction at 0x732e7800 referenced memory at
0x732e7800. The memory couldnot be read. Click to
terminate program. I cannot type instructions into the
command prompt area. I hope this makes sense.

Sounds like some malware has installed itself.
