Roaming user needs administrative rights to local computer

I have a number of users who use roaming profiles. There
duties require them to use many different computers. One
of the apps they need require user to be logged in as
admin of local computer. Is there an easy way to do this
without hitting each computer and making him admin on each.

only way I would know is to log on locally and make the
domain admins members of the admin groupo on the local
box. I do this by default whenever I roll out a
workstation, but you might have to do it manually on each
machine at this point.
