Roaming Profiles

Is there a way in Windows 2000 Server, to have roaming profiles, yet NOT
store the My Documents folder contents on the server? If so, how?

I generally redirect My Documents to the user's home directory - still on
the server (and hence backed up), but doesn't make the profile size
humungous.
