Roaming Profiles

I have a wireless and cabled networks which uses a W2K
DC, W2K pro, And XP pro. The Roaming profiles work on the
W2K computers but not on the XP computer. My question is
what setting am I missing to enable this to work? I have
the shared folder and granted it the proper rights.

What errors do you see in the application log. You could enable userenv.log
to see why.
