Roaming profile

One of my users has an IBM A31 Thinkpad. For some reason her profile will
not come up when she logs on. Her notebook is connected to the network and
she has a profile folder with all of her personal files and settings.

When she logs on to another computer/laptop her profile pulls up just fine.
Are there any settings I need to adjust on the notebook? If more info. is
needed please let me know.

I forgot to mention we're running Windows Advanced Server 2000 and the user
is running Windows XP Professional.

Look in the event logs for clues.
