Roaming Profile/Outlook/My Documents

Help! I'm trying to figure out how to make My Documents not roam when I set
up a roaming user profile. I'm planning on redirecting my documents to the
server. Also, I read several vague articles on how to make Outlook roam. Is
there any way someone could set me in the right direction with more clear
directions. I'm running server 2003 and Windows XP.

Thanks Carey, the links were helpful. Now that I have my roaming profile
working, how can I make my documents not roam with it? Will it stop roaming
if I get the redirection of the My documents folder to work?
