Roaming profile and CA certificates

I am having problems with roaming profile and certificates, I have installed
the certificate, tested it, and it works, but when the user logs on to the
server that requires that sertificate, the certificate is not available, but
users tells me when they logg out completely, they sometimes get in to that
area that requires the certificate, so I suspect it has something to do with
where they logg on (server). Please help! any solutions?

Sounds like a descrepency between the
ROAMING profile and the cached copy.

You might want to grab BOTH profiles
files before you lose the one with the cert.

Well, I have done some more research, and found out that the profiles loose
their certificate id in the profile, (ducuments and settings/user/application
data/microsoft/system certificates/my) its gone, the entry is somehow
erased....still having the same problem, and the oddest thing is that i test
it on a test server we have it works, but only when the profile is still
there, when its erased, it th same problem, the sertificate disapears.....
Please anyone? HELP needed!!!

It's not completely clear what you are saying is
happening.

First guess would be a name resolution or authentication
problem where the client doesn't get the profile reliably
FROM THE SERVER, and uses a local cache, then
returns to the server.

One profile overwrites the one with the certificate.

These sorts of problems might account for it working
in the lab and failing on the main network.
