RoadRunner & Microsoft Outlook

Here's an easy one, I hope.

I just bought a new Dell with Windows XP (so far, ugh) -
I've used Macs at home in the past. Decided to quit dsl,
went with cable. Got Roadrunner. Set up 2 new email
accounts. When I talk to the Roadrunner techs, they tell
me that they're not familiar with Microsoft Outlook for
email so they haven't been able to tell me how to access
these new accounts I've set up - they say that they can
help me if I'll use Outlook Express. Nope, I want to use
MO.

I'd like to start using these email accounts - can anyone
help me or point me to instructions. Thanks!!!

How could we? You didn't even post your Outlook version.
RR is nuts. I've used it with Outlook for years. Just use the instructions
they gave you for configuring SMTP and POP3 servers.
