RIS & XP SP1

Im having a problem with RIS installations of Windows XP SP1. Im running
into an issue when XP hits the 13 minute left mark (GUI unattend), it takes
an additional hour or more to complete. I've only tested this install on
Dell Latitude C640 machines. I have included my CMDLINES.txt file below. I
cant seem to find any references anywhere that this is a known issue. Im
assuming its one of the hotfixes causing the problem, but I dont have the
time to do trial and error problem solving with this. Anyone have any ideas,
or suggestions? Im currently waiting for a build to complete that doesnt
have any hotfixes, to see the result.

Thanks!

No I do not have this folder. I am using the $OEM$ folder for all of the
hotfixes. I was unaware you could do this any other way. Are you using RIS?

I guess Im getting a little confused. I dont clearly understand how to use
svcpack.inf. It appears that I have to extract all hotfixes, and then list
each .cat file in the svcpack.inf. Howvere even if I did that Im unsure hot
to get Windows to use svcpack.inf. Is there a difference between
cmdlines.txt & svcpack.inf? I read through the articles in the link you
sent, but its a bunch of posts that go all over the place.
