what seems to be the problem? im new in win2k OS servers...

Is the primary DNS server (.99) located within the same physical segment? Is
it Windows or Netware machine? If Windows, is it a domain controller? The
Srvr computer doesn't have a default gateway: is it by purpose?
Your network utilizes two protocols: IPX/SPX and TCP/IP. Is there any
opportunity to stay with one protocol only?

actually we have 2 domains:

NT4 & W2K and were about to migrate from NT4 domain to W2K domain..
as of now users and computers were authenticate from NT4 and W2K is our DNS,
DHCP which is the SRVR

Fix the errors listed above and re-establish the trust between NT and W2k
domains if needed.
