RIS and Windows 2003 Server

Hi there
I have Windows 2003 Server installed and I'm testing RIS right now. I have a
slight problem. The Installation Process seams to run the same way as under
Windows 2000 but extreeeemly slow. I tested this in the following
combinations:

Server: Hardware / Client Hardware
Server: Hardware / Client Vmware
Server: Vmware / Client Hardware
Server: Vmware / Client Vmware

I tried also diffenrent Konfigurations (sif-files) with the same result. As
long as the RIS-Process uses the TFTP connection to the Server it's extremly
slow...

Does anyone has the same behavior and/or maybe a solution?
