ripped off or not

No W-XP __CD with this Dell 2350 Dimension, just a Reinstall CD when
purchased two yrs. ago. When did you receive your XP CD? Did you
request one, or did it ship with your pc. Since this considered an entry
level pc by Dell, could that be the reason I didn'y receive one?
