Rights problem - Even the administrator is locked out, but I don'tsee why

I switched to the Administrator account and ran the command-line option
as a batch file. It processed a bunch of files, but had no effect. I
still can't edit or view existing files.

Sorry, I have run out of silver bullets. I suggest you consider one
of these options:
a) Ask a computer-literate friend to assist you.
b) Consider giving me remote access to your machine.
Option a) is the preferred option, for obvious reasons.
If you wish to know more about Option b), send a note
to pegasus_fnlATyahooDOTcom.
