Can any one educate me on the subject of a MicroSoft program calle
"RIGHTS MANAGEMENT"? This window pops-up at every bootup
You cannot delete it or uninstall or install the dam thing
Does anyone has an IDEAL how to get rid of it
Or is this a signal from MicroSoft to buy a new computer
Appreciate the help?
