In win xp home my screen name works fine.other
users can not right click on any files, or they get
a shutdown,details show cnvshell.dll problem.
they can right click on desktop as long as its not over an
icon.any help?

Had Similar problem and could not find application that installed th
file. Renaming it (its in windows\system32)cured the problem and as ye
have not had seen any error messages from another application
